The 2025 Badminton Asia Junior Championships is the 25th edition of the annual junior badminton tournament organized by Badminton Asia to crown the best junior badminton players (under-19) in Asia. The championship consists of two main parts: a mixed team event and individual events.
Host City and Venue
The 2025 Championships are held in Surakarta (Solo), Central Java, Indonesia. The main venue for both the mixed team and individual events is the Manahan Indoor Sports Hall (GOR Indoor Manahan Solo). Practice sessions may also take place at GOR FKOR UNS Solo.

The 2025 Badminton Asia Junior Championships features six events:

Participating Nations
Nations from across Asia send their junior teams and individual players to compete in the championships. As of July 12, 2025, 17 countries are expected to compete in the team event. Team Event Format
The mixed team event typically begins with a group stage, followed by a knockout stage. The group draw is conducted prior to the event. The format for team ties often adopts a relay format, where the first team to reach a set number of points is declared the winner, as seen in previous junior team championships.
Individual Event Format
The individual championships are typically played in a full knockout format across all five disciplines (BS, GS, BD, GD, XD), using the standard 3 x 21 point scoring system.
