Preliminary Rounds

There will be four courts used for competition and all of them can be watched on the BWF TV YouTube channel (regional restrictions may apply).

Wednesday, February 26th, will see the spotlight shift to men’s and women’s singles, along with mixed doubles, as the main draw first round continues. Simultaneously, men’s and women’s doubles qualifiers will also proceed with their initial matches. With four courts in operation, play is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM with doors opening at 9:30 AM and will be lasting until approximately 10:00 PM.

The intensity escalates on Thursday, February 27th, as all five categories take to the courts for the second round of the main draw. Badminton aficionados can look forward to a full day of captivating contests from 1:00 PM, with doors opening at 12:30 PM, through to approximately 9:00 PM, utilizing four courts.

Quarter-Finals

As the tournament progresses, Friday, February 28th, marks the crucial quarter-finals. The remaining contenders in each category will battle for a coveted spot in the semi-finals. Three courts will host these pivotal matches from 3:00 PM, with doors opening at 2:00 PM, until approximately 10:00 PM.

Semi-Finals

The weekend will bring even more excitement, starting with the semi-finals on Saturday, March 1st. The top players will face off in high-stakes matches across all five categories. Spectators can witness these crucial encounters on two courts from 12:00 PM (doors opening at 10:30 AM) to approximately 10:00 PM. Television broadcasts began today for court 1. There will be eight matches broadcast.

Finals

The climax of the 2025 German Open arrives on Sunday, March 2nd, with the finals. The champions in each category will be crowned in what promises to be a thrilling culmination of the week’s events. The final matches will be held on a single court from 12:00 PM (doors opening at 10:30 AM), concluding around 6:00 PM. All matches will be broadcast on television.
