The victory also marked her first international title in two months, following her withdrawal from the China Open and a semifinal loss at the World Championships in Paris. Men’s Doubles: World Champions Continue Winning Streak
The men’s doubles final saw a captivating showdown between the world’s number one pair, Seo Seung-jae and Kim Won-ho of South Korea, and India’s Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty. The Korean duo, fresh off their 2025 BWF World Championships victory, maintained their momentum to win with a score of 21-19, 21-15 in 45 minutes. This victory is the sixth title of 2025 for Seo and Kim out of eight World Tour finals. They had to overcome a seven-point deficit in the first game before staging a comeback to secure the win.
Women’s Doubles: Jia and Zhang Claim Third Title
In the women’s doubles, the Chinese pair of Jia Yifan and Zhang Shuxian defeated South Korea’s Kim Hye-jeong and Kong Hee-yong in a tightly contested match that went the distance.
