The 2024 India Open (official and sponsored title: Yonex-Sunrise India Open 2024) was an international badminton tournament that took place at the K. D. Jadhav Indoor Hall in New Delhi, India, from 16 to 21 January 2024. The tournament was part of the BWF World Tour Super 750 series on the 2024 BWF World Tour, with a total prize pool of US$850,000.

The 2024 India Open was the second tournament in the 2024 BWF World Tour calendar. The Badminton Association of India (BAI) organized the tournament with sanctions from the Badminton World Federation (BWF).

Shi Yuqi and Tai Tzu-ying are the champions in men’s singles and women’s singles, respectively.

The 2024 India Open consisted of five events: men’s and women’s singles, men’s and women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. Each event consisted of a main draw with a knockout system involving a maximum of 32 participants. No qualifying rounds were held for this tournament. The list of participants was determined based on the world rankings released on Tuesday, 5 December 2023 and the seeding was determined based on the world rankings released on Tuesday, 19 December 2023.

Competition schedule

The 2024 India Open was held over six days, from Tuesday, January 16, to Sunday, January 21. The preliminary rounds were held on the first three days. Prize money
