- Transportation: The organizer will not provide transportation from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the venue, as both are within walking distance. Transport will only be arranged in cases of extreme weather conditions.
- Practice Sessions: Practice sessions will be available from 17th to 23rd February 2025, with courts allocated based on requests submitted by 10th February 2025.
- Doping Control: The tournament will adhere to BWF’s Anti-Doping Regulations, with both in-competition and out-of-competition testing.
